Idc Command :

 IdcCommand is a Command line Utility which can be invoked from this path

Usage :  IdcCommand -f <file name> -u <user name> [-l <log file>] [-c <auto | server | standalone>

The BLF File looks as below and should be passed as file name for IdcCommand .
BLF files can also be generated from source systems – Such as People soft in below case
